Letter from Jeff

I came across this little gem while I was going through some other pictures. What a treasure! I still remember that dinner we had for Jeff. We got him a blow up barbie doll balloon to sit on the table as his date. "Good times", as Jeff would say. This picture has to be about 2003 or 2004.
